Returns on any item(s) purchased from our website will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
To initiate the refund process please contact us
1. Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery
2. The item(s) must not be opened and must be in the same condition as on arrival
3. The buyer must pay for the return postage for the items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
4. In order to claim a refund for any damaged or faulty items Client MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage must be sent to us via email or WhatsApp mentioned on the website
5. If the Client has changed their mind, or ordered the incorrect item or dimension, Courier costs will be deducted from the Total Amount of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods.
